Nice place to stop when you are out riding. The gentleman working spent several minutes talking with us telling us about the area.
This was a really nice find. On our way from Max Patch and Asheville we stopped here for lunch. Had the club and the patty melt, both very good. Quick and very good service. Would stop by when in the area again.

We were pleasantly surprised with how great the food and service was. I highly recommend stopping in if your near by.
Used to love this little cafe but the last two times I've been in to eat it has a been very disappointing. I love the store and most of the staff is wonderful. Hope you guys get a real cook in soon though. Until then I won't be dining at the cafe. Food was cold with little flavor. Had two rock hard little pieces of what was supposed to be garlic bread that were inedible. The spaghetti and marinara tasted like it came from a can, not worth $11. It's not that hard to make fresh spaghetti and marinara from scratch. The chicken was like a compressed processed patty that was luke warm. I have heard the "cook" say, on multiple occasions, that she had no idea what she's doing. I'm sure it's hard to find good cooks out in the mountains, but it is really bringing down the vibe there and certainly the food quality has taken a hit. I'll stick to eating from the store.
